Purpose of the Role;

To identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.

This maybe by utilizing clients Xcel Bespoke are already talking to, as well as bringing in new business opportunities.

Job Role;

Xcel are specialists in the design, manufacture and global marketing merchandise and textiles apparel to a wide range of blue chip clients. We are looking for a senior sales person, that has proven track record of developing new business opportunities, in the UK, Europe and ROW.

Xcel Bespoke have identified Textiles (Staff and workwear uniforms as well as promotion garments of all descriptions) as a huge growth area for our business and we are looking for someone to join our team that will be able to grow this area of our business.

However, if the right candidate has experience in other areas i.e. merchandise, bags, GWP, FMCG. I would be keen to understand what they could offer and how they might compliment our business.

You will be reporting directly to your international sales director.

Key requirements of this Role;

  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.

  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.

  • Create sales pipeline.

  • Self motivated and quick thinker.

  • Be able to work on your own.

  • Negotiate pricing with customers and through our China offices.

  • Excellent communicator and problem solving.

  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.

  • Strategic, commercial thinking a must. Seeing bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

Experience;

Working with the industry with minimum of 3 years experience. However, we will look at the right people who have the drive and ambition to learn in a new sector.
